Roof Treatment & Clean

Bacteria known as Gloeocapsa magma is a single celled cyano-bacteria that usually grows in lakes, dams, rivers and creeks. Its the earth's oxygen generator. Separating oxygen from hydrogen in water, without them we would suffocate. However they also release cyano-toxins which are linked to Alzheimer's and other diseases. Long term exposure can lead to severe neurological disease. Treatment using Sodium hypochlorite (SH) is a world wide practice for swimming pools, town water supplies and the cleaning industry, like we do with Ultrasoft. Manufacturers specify a solution no stronger than 2% (SH) and cleaning with a soft brush.

We are able to leave the broom behind and clean using less than 2% SH, with our unique Ultrasoft solution containing 1-1.5% SH and our patient yet effective technique. It takes longer than the "normal" process but we can ensure a damage free clean in accordance with manufacturers warranty conditions. We also provide a 12 month warranty on the treatment and clean.
